With over 250 employees, Superflux currently operates from a 12,000 square metre purpose-built security printing facility. To adequately secure value documents at the various stages of production, our site is equipped with state-of-the-art access control and web enabled CCTV monitoring systems.

We are recruiting to fill the positions of:

JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, warehousing and distribution operations
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

QUALIFICATION

• A graduate of any discipline
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Suite
• Good knowledge of a warehousing software package.

JOB TITLE: IN BOUND OFFICER/ OUT BOUND OFFICER
LOCATION: Lagos

QUALIFICATION 

• A graduate of any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in supply chain role (stores, warehouse).
• Good knowledge of MS Suite

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconciliation of equipment Delivered with Packing list
• Arranged\ stock According to Projects/P.Os
• Periodic Stock Taking and reconciliation
• Prepare Pick – list According to MRF
• Raise Goods Recieved Note(GRN) and Delivery Issuing Note(DIN).

JOB TITLE: INVENTORY EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Lagos

QUALIFICATION 

• A graduate of Account/finance/IT
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Suit
• Versatile in Sage and other Accounting software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update proper stock record and control using appropriate documentation (Bin card, GRN, Requisition etc)
• Stock valuation for raw materials. 
• Generate way bill

JOB TITLE: MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE REVIEW EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: Lagos

QUALIFICATION 

• A graduate of Accounting
• Must have Professional Certification (ACA)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Suite
• Excel and Accounting software exposure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and monitoring of budget and other performance reports
• Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget;
• Analyze financial performance
