JOB TITLE: Priority service officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the PiB Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of high quality customer service, ensuring internal and external compliance on all branch transactions, handling complex customer requests and leading the overall service agenda for the PiB Segment.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure high level of customer service and support to the PrB team
  • Ensure resolution of all client complaints received for branch through Service Quality.
  • Gather / prepare statistics for service quality and productivity indicators
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in audits and other inspections
  • Find ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs to meet cost budgets
  • Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy and commitment within standard turn around time in order to satisfy customer needs
  • Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, net promoter score or any other survey/ feedback ratings taken from customers and ensure continuous improvement if below bench-mark, sustain and better quality service
  • Ensure adherence to laid down processes, facilitate first time resolution. Minimize rejections and customer complaints Monitor and track transaction volumes and ensure effective transaction migration to alternate channels of banking. 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Requirement of (HND/BA/BSC)
  • All applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
  • A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme.
  • Where an exemption is been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Secretary/Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support for the bank and performing a wide variety of clerical functions as well as other related duties as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:
  • Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases Screen incoming telephone calls in order to provide assistance or refer call to appropriate staff member.
Qualifications and Experience
  • OND/HND in Accounts, Economics or any other management related course.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Some bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with Pastel (Partner) would be an advantage.
  • Should be good with figures.
  • Reliable, fast learner and can use own initiative when required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must be familiar with Internet and web- based applications.
  • Meticulous/ Accurate/ Able to work under pressure.
MARKETING MANAGER
Interpret and utilize research results in order to optimise revenue. Establish, manage and maintain positive relationships with all internal stake holders. Establish, manage and maintain positive commercial relationships with agencies and clients directly in order to generate income and profits for the region. Perform any other duties as required by the Branch Manager. Develop and monitor operational sales strategies.Maximise Sales revenue through the development and allocation of sales targets and the monitoring of sales performance against the sales targets. Monitor and analyse competitor business in order to identify and exploit new business opportunities and increase market share.
Knowledge about financial and commercial matters; focuses on costs, profits, markets and new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • OND/HND/B.Sc in managerial course.
  • 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Oral & Written Communication.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent selling skills.
