Vacancy for Electrical and Mechanical Engineers

We are a multidisciplinary firm of Consultants in the Building Industry situated in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. As part of our expansion strategy, we require energetic, dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a reputable institution.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Prospective candidates must be proficient in use of AUTOCAD and AUTOCAD MEP
• Ability to work with NES and HECACOM Software is an added advantage
• Candidates must possess knowledge of building services engineering design software
• Knowledge of project administration and management is required
• Excellent team working and people skills
• A comprehensive understanding of electrical/mechanical health and safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE:
3 years post NYSC experience.

AGE: 25 – 30 YEARS.
BUILDING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE OFFICERS

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Building Maintenance, repairs and decorating.
• Facility cleanliness and safety
• Assessing of and repair to buildings
• Equipment and appliance maintenance and operation
• Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team environment

EXPERIENCE:
6 years experience in Building Maintenance.
AGE: 26 – 35 YEARS.
SENIOR CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.Sc./M.Sc in Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable institutions.
• Must be COREN Registered.
• Key Competencies
• Candidates must be able to use design softwares such as ORION, STAADPRO, PROKON, etc.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD is essential
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience in a reputable Firm.
CIVIL / STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Sc’/M.Sc in Civil/Structural Engineering from reputable institutions.

KEY COMPETENCIES
Candidates must be able to use design softwares such as ORION, STAADPRO, PROKON, etc.
Knowledge of AUTOCAD is essential.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in a reputable Firm.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying. Possession of NIQS is a necessity.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• A good understanding of business and professional practice
• Good communication skills
• Ability to explain technical financial information clearly
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Honesty and discretion.

EXPERIENCE:
5 years experience in a reputable organization.
AGE: 28 – 35 YEARS.

ARCHITECTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be Design Architects with B.Arch with a good grade from any reputable University. Certification by NIA is an added advantage

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Coordination and oversight of the construction documents
• Effective co-ordination of in-house production team members
• Effective Management of different participating Consultants
• Strategic and focused business perspective
• Adequate site supervision experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a reputable Architectural Firm.
AGE: 28 – 35 YEARS
