Responsibilities
- This person (a lady) will manage front office activities which shall include;
- Receiving of guests.
- To perform courier and dispatch services.
- Acting as the secretary to the HR/Admin.
- Answering of phone calls and enquiries.
- Travel arrangement for senior management.
- Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.
- Flawless Spoken English and Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Remuneration is attractive.
- Age: between 21 and 26years.
- Relevant Experience: minimum of 1 year.
