A property development company located in Lagos seeks:

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS – ME
- BSC/HND in mechanical engineering
- At least 10 years experience in the construction industry

ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN – ET
- Related degree from an accredited trade test/technical school
- At least 5 years experience.
-  Proficiency in electrical wiring, installations, generator maintenance and electrical appliances

CARPENTERS
- Degree from accredited trade/technical school
- Skilled carpenters with ability to fabricate and install furniture
- Proficiency in installation of laminate and hardwood floors
- Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting is added advantage

PLUMBERS – PLM
- Technical degree
- At least 5 years experience in building maintenance and construction industry
- Proficiency in the installation of sanitary ware

AIR CONDITIONER TECHNICIANS – ACI
- Related technical degree from trade/technical School
- At least 5 years experience in building maintenance and construction industry
- Proficiency in the installation and maintenance o air conditioning systems, microwave, refrigerators, ovens, washing machines and other home appliances
