1.) Resident Manager

Location: Abuja
Job ID: 555/PA/RM/ABJ
Responsibilities

• Provides leadership direction, coordination, and control of all activities in Peniel Apartments,
• He/she is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the Apartments including proper accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing, and directing of all activities.

Qualification and skills

• Degree and experience in relevant field and similar past working.

2.) Head of Human Resources

Location: Abuja
Job ID: 555/PA/HRO/ABJ
Responsibilities

• To coordinate and supervise the Human Resource function at unit level with the necessary support advice and control from the Human Resource staff.

Qualification and skills

• Degree in relevant field and working experience in Human Resource Management.;

3.) Executive Chef

Location: Abuja
Job ID: 555/PA/EC/ABJ
Responsibilities

• Oversees the kitchen staff, food preparation and cooking activities including writing of
  menus, budgeting, and financial planning.

Qualification and skills

• Degree in relevant field and working experience in similar position.

4.) Chief Security Officer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• To supervise and co-ordinate the operation of the security unit operated by the company
  and safeguard the assets belonging to, or in the custody of and property of guests and staff whilst on
  company premises,
