1. Job Title: Linux System Administrator
Job Summary

  • Assist in support, maintenance and capacity planning of linux and windows server environments
  • Support and maintenance of development and QA environments.
  • Support, maintenance and capacity planning of office network and systems.
  • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Ensure backups are running in accordance with disaster recovery policy.
Job Requirements
  • 3 or more years related experience (personal projects can count towards this; we like self-motivated people).
  • Great troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and concepts.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience working with Linux (preferably Ubuntu).
  • Experience managing high performance web infrastructure (rubyon rails, nginx, etc)
  • Experience managing high performance data infrastructure (MySQL, memcache etc.).
  • Experience backing up MySQL in high load environments and recovering from a backup
  • Good understanding of network and internet-related concepts such as DNS, HTTP. DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.
  • Good understanding of network and systems security.
  • Ability to spec hardware requirement for different services and software applications.

2. Job Title: Fashion Stylist
Job Summary
  • Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design.
  • Advising apparel category manager on fashion styling for visuals
  • Selecting the most appropriate pieces from collections and ranges for the shoot.
  • Purchasing props for shoots.
  • Supervising photo shoots.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree in fashion merchandising, styling & designing.
  • Portfolio of past projects.
  • Significant experience in styling, ideally at an online apparel retail outfit.

3. Job Title: Copy Writer
Job Summary
  • Responsible for generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany apparel visuals.
The typical creative process can involve:
  • Discussing the company advert theme and message and target audience with Head Merchandiser.
  • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
  • Writing and presenting a content on website
  • Modifying copy until the Content Production Manager is satisfied
The copywriter is accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice.
Job Requirements
  • 2 or more years related experience

4. Job Tittle: Program Manager
Job Summary 

  • As a Program manager you’ll drive the technical vision, design and implementation of the next generation online customer experience

Job Summary

  • Receives customers’ requests by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
  • Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
  • Searches company records to fulfill customer requirements
  • Traces status of orders.
  • Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed.
  • Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.
  • Writes up order, mails catalog, samples, and similar data to customer, as required.
  • Responds to customers’ requests via telephone or mail, using available resources.
  • Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.

  • Implement or monitor carbon or environmental management, accounting, or audit systems.
  • Education – Graduate Caliber with 5-7 years solid logistics experience in e-commerce, courier and/or logistic companies. Membership of CILT or CIPS is additional advantage.
  • Import & Export Logistics – Verifiable working knowledge of customs clearing, Airfreight, forwarding, last mile logistics, HS codes,
  • Transportation – Knowledge of principles and methods for enhancing turnaround time, delivery lead time including the relative costs and benefits.
  • Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
  • Order Processing – Knowledge of packaging materials, order handling processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods.
  • Law and Government – Knowledge of transport laws, permits, Customs, SON, FRSC, Police, VIO and LASTMA relationship management.
