POLICY REVIEW CONSULTANT
Pact Nigeria a consultant to review and update Pact Nigeria current policy as well as procedures manuals in accordance with departmental standards, current Nigeria labor law, current and best practices. This will be done through literature and desktop review, as well as in consultation with staff team members and other international agencies with similar standing in the Federal republic of Nigeria. The consultant will critique policies, statements and procedures to produce recommended and revised legally binding versions of those documents. The consultant will review working practices and make recommendations for improvements. The consultants will ensure process documentation is updated.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Masters of similar degree in international law, international labor or trade law, international trade, human resource management and or practice, public policy or related. At least 10 years of experience working on human resources and organizational policy issue as well as review.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English. Experience doing similar work with international organizations and donors preferred.

DRIVER
Pact Nigeria seeks a driver that will be responsible for transporting the project team to various destinations. The driver will be contracted on a part-term basis and will be paid only for days worked.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

At least three to five years of experience as a professional driver is required. Experience with international organizations a strong plus. Must have experience driving cars and larger passenger vehicles.
Must also be familiar with organizations, government offices and businesses within the locations. Copy of valid driver’s permit must be submitted with application. Good safety references and good vision required.
